From first call to final walk-through
You reach out
Call, text or message us. Tell us what you're seeing — a leak, storm damage, an old roof, or floors that aren't level. Photos help if you have them.
We come take a look
We inspect the roof or the crawl space in person and show you what we find, with photos, so you're not taking our word for it.
You get a straight estimate
A written estimate that says what needs doing, what it costs and why. If a repair will do, we'll say so. Take your time deciding.
We do the work
We schedule around the weather, protect your yard and landscaping, do the job right, and clean up the site when we're done.
We stand behind it
We walk the finished job with you. If anything isn't right down the road, call us — we're right here in Taylor.
If it's storm damage
A separate path for insurance jobs
Insurance work has extra steps. We inspect first and give you an honest opinion on whether filing makes sense. If you file, we'll document the damage with photos for your adjuster and explain what they'll be looking at. The claim itself stays between you and your insurance company.
